A Remarkable Journey from Carpenter to Contracts Manager

Martyn joined Kelray in 2006 as a qualified carpenter. He brought with him over 30 years of hands-on construction experience. From day one, his calm leadership and strong work ethic set the tone for those around him.

He played a vital role in mentoring apprentices, helping shape the carpentry division, and maintaining high standards across every site. As the company expanded, so did Martyn’s role — becoming Site Manager, and later, Contracts Manager, overseeing multiple large-scale projects with precision and care.

The Impact of Long-Term Dedication

It’s a special thing to have someone commit nearly two decades to one company. Martyn’s loyalty and leadership have left a lasting mark on our team, our clients, and our culture.
