Objectives and Challenges:

The site had a knotweed issue which required reducing the site by 3 meters to eradicate the problem. There were also logistical challenges such as achieving access to the site.

Project Description

After reducing the site, a reinforced concrete base was put in place, and retaining walls were constructed to start the build. The highly insulated property was designed to be energy efficient and had a specialised render applied to the external walls. It was a 4-story property, with a basement, ground floor, 1st floor, and an attic. The project also included the sourcing and fitting of solar energy panels, aluminium bifold doors, uPVC windows, and full mechanical and electrical works. Additionally, an external tarmac drive was installed.
